Potential applicants view the jobs in the app and can:
Apply directly from their app
Call the job poster to learn more about the job
Once the job poster selects the successful applicant, the applicant attends the job and completes as instructed and the job poster marks the job as complete.
Once the job is completed, both the hirer and the worker will have the opportunity to rate one another out of five stars.
Each users average rating will be available to see for future jobs.
This means that hirers will be able to see how well the worker has performed in previous jobs, whilst the worker will also be able to see ratings for the hirer as well.
