HOW DOES HANDS-4HIRE WORK?

H4H works by connecting individuals wanting extra work to fill their downtime with businesses that are in need of an urgent hand on a casual basis. Both parties deal directly with each other as you would with any job.

HOW DO I GET PAID?

Both parties are encouraged to negotiate a fair price for services prior to the commencement of the job, once the job is complete the Job Poster will pay the Job Seeker directly.

IMPORTANT: H4H has no involvement in the negotiation process between the two parties and does not facilitate any payments to Job Seekers what so ever. This process is solely between the Job Poster and Job Seeker only. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T GET PAID?

Both parties are encouraged to mediate a positive outcome and it’s the responsibility of both parties to do so.

IMPORTANT: H4H is not liable for any non-payments.

DO I NEED INSURANCE?

H4H encourages both parties to have their own relevant industry approved insurances – as you would in any sub-contract situation.

IMPORTANT: H4H is not liable for any incidents that occur on-site during jobs.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IM NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED?

Prior to accepting an application, H4H encourages the Job Poster to ask all relevant questions regarding The Job Seekers ability to perform the task. H4H encourages both parties to resolve any dispute between themselves, H4H insist both parties to leave the relevant feedback using the H4H rating system.

HOW DO I START?

It’s so easy!! Once you download the H4H mobile APP, register your details and create an account with a username and password. Then you can create a user profile (note. all H4H users will be able to see this – so look sharp!). Once you’re set up simply start searching for work or post a job you need a hand with – it’s that simple!
